JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 plus relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sage 300,  Premier HR & ESS experience essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in HR Administration.
  • Fully Bilingual in at least two official languages (Preferably: English plus Afrikaans or Xhosa)
  • Driver’s License (Compulsory)
  • South African Citizenship

Key Performance Areas:

  • General HR Administration
  • Maintaining and updating HR database
  • VIP Payroll database and recordkeeping
  • Drawing reports from VIP system
  • Monitoring Time and attendance
  • Capturing leave applications
  • Responsible for adding new employees and verification of monthly payroll
  • Responsible for leave audits
