A well established LAW FIRM in CAPE TOWN (CBD) has a vacancy for a HR administrator to assist the Chief Operating Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Experience:

minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience
Corporate/Legal Services environment but not compulsory

Previous experience required but are not limited to:

Payroll Administration
Leave Administration
Recruitment Administration, Selection and placement
Exit Administration & Exit Interviews
Performance Management of support staff
CA Recruitment and Vacation Programme Administration
General HR Administration

Qualifications / Requirements:

Human Resource Diploma/Certificate or equivalent qualification
MS Office with intermediate proficiency level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of the English language/good writing skills
