JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client in the property industry is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team.

Description:

Deal with matters that involve conflict between employees. Assist in the development of Human Resources procedures and processes. Work to improve communication, cooperation and planning in the Human Resources Office.

Duties:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Revise company policies.
  • Liaise with external partners, like clients and buyers, and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • HR, Management, Psychology or Business-related qualification.
