HR Administrator (5-month Contract)
A position has become available at our client for a HR Administrator. This is a 5-month contract and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration: VIP Premier
Dealing with salary related queries
Processing of Time & Attendance
Eco-Time support to the stores
Uniform distribution
Recruitment admin
HR administrative duties, organizing and updating training schedules, shortlisting and scheduling of interviews, IOD reporting & attending to queries, Labour/ Health inspections documentation & resolving general employee relations issues.

Essential skills & qualifying criteria:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in HR and payroll
Professional Skills and Knowledge
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Excellent Administration skills
Highly Organized
VIP Premier Payroll experience
HR Qualification
