SUMMARY:
A well-known printing manufacturing company is seeking the above to provide administrative support for the end-to-end human resources (HR) value chain in order to deliver world class customer service within the company in line with its people proposition.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

A Matric and National Diploma or related in Human Resources Management is required for this role.
Experience working on Sage 300 is essential.
Previous experience having working in Human Resources / Payroll Administrative role is essential.
The successful candidate must have a good understanding of HR payroll systems, HR policies and procedures

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support for the end-to-end human resources (HR) value chain in order to deliver world class customer service within the company in line with its people proposition.
Processing appointments of all staff and ensuring accurate information is captured in the HR information system.
Providing support on the use of relevant HR information systems to ensure staff members self-sufficiency.
Adhering to governance and risk management processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Administering employee benefits, ensuring efficient delivery of information and service to staff members and third-party service providers.
Processing and administering terminations and ensuring all exit documentation are accurately maintained.
Administering, monitoring and managing the study aid and bursary applications.
Administering and processing all HR invoices for payment.
Generating accurate HR reports required by the business.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
