POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, or a related field is essential.
• Company is happy to look at training a legal graduate with no experience into this role.
• If the person has internship experience that would be advantageous.
• The successful candidate must have strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Supporting HR operations within the company working closely with the MD of the company.
• Assisting in the implementation and administration of HR / business policies and procedures.
• Handling employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Supporting compliance with labour laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date documentation.
• Assisting in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
• Coordinating HR-related training sessions and workshops.
• Serving as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
• Supporting performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and maintaining records.
• Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and company-wide HR projects.
• Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
