Purpose of the position: To assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks

POSITION INFO:

HR Assistant (Limited Duration Contract till 13 December 2024)

Area: Benoni. Gauteng

Salary: R12500 p/m (Negotiable)

Start date: Immediately

Purpose of the position: To assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks

Duties:

Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
Scheduling job interviews
Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
Scanning, Filing, Data Capturing

Skills, qualifications and experience

Computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Offices.
Basic knowledge of HR
Relevant qualification
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
