Job Summary

HR Clerk Key Responsibilities: ~ Assist in maintaining employee records. ~ Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, leave etc. ~ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and labour law. ~ Assist in the administration of pension fund, provident fund and COIDA. Requirements: ~ Grade 12 certificate (HR-related qualification will be advantageous) ~ 1-2 years'' experience in an HR-related role. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook) ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ~ Attention to detail and ability to multitask
