HR Controller (Logistics)

SUMMARY:

The HR Controller (CL) role reports directly to the HR Manager (Warehouse).  Your role will entail controlling and providing comprehensive HR services to the warehouse departments and the related HR administration. 

• Manage talent acquisition for permanent and fixed-term contracts, especially during peak seasons.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Equity Plan and provide legislative guidance to management.
• Support disciplinary and grievance procedures, including coordination of hearings.  CCMA experience is essential.
• Maintain HR administrative functions and prepare monthly and weekly HR reports.
• Coordinate culture-driven employee activities and support training and development initiatives.

• Minimum 3-year National Diploma in HR Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service focus and independent working ability.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication, report writing, and Microsoft Office.
• South African citizen with a clear criminal history and a valid driver’s license.

• Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented with sound judgment and a proactive approach to objectives.
