SUMMARY:
West Rand based company seeks an HR Generalist to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

5+ years’ HR experience or in a similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related advantageous
Ability to present to all levels within an organisation
Experience with HRIS implementation and management.
Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software (e.g., payroll systems, performance management tools).
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Ability to manage conflicts and mediations
Creative and strategic thinker.
Office management or similar experience is advantageous as the role will involve some assistance to the GM when needed
Ability to offer insights and recommendations to senior management where need be
