Our client, a leading international property management company, seeks to employ a well experienced and qualified HR Generalist/Business Partner, to establish a Human Resource department and manage human resources for their South African division and to oversee payroll for the group.
Please note that we do require a candidate currently resident in Cape Town, due to the urgency to start immediately is essential and experience working on Citation Atlas HR platform would be highly advantageous
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERTION:
You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
- You will have completed an HR Diploma, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in managing HR, IR and payroll processing, preferably in Property Management or related industry.
- You will have managed the implementation of wellness programs, team building events, be able to implement SA labour laws, as well as manage labour law for the UK division (training will be provided), as well as maintain a motivating environment and a organized HR department.
- You must have been responsible for payroll in its entirety, to include managing leave, overtime, increases, bonuses, benefits administration, absenteeism and incentives.
- You will be responsible for facilitating training and implement a improved induction for new starters.
- You must have a valid driver’s license, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
