SUMMARY:
Our client that is in the Agricultural industry is looking for a HR Generalist and Compliance Manager to joint their team in Letsitele

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in HR Resources, Business or Oganization Development
  • Maters degree would be preferred
  • 5 – 10 years experience as HR Manager position
  • Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred, not required
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
  • Experience working with the relevant unions, active in the agricultural industry, will be advantageous
  • Experience of the accreditation and compliance standards in the fruit export industry will be advantageous
