SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering sector is seeking a Disabled - HR Intern to support the HR team and ensure smooth human resources operations

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

•  Completed Degree or Diploma in HR Fields
•  Disabled / Physically challenged 
• Experience with MS Office

• Time Management and Organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Motivation and Positive Attitude

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials and assist in interview preparation.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire paperwork.

• Help design and implement employee wellness initiatives (e.g., fitness challenges, mental health workshops, or health fairs).

• Help coordinate and schedule training sessions.

• Provide general administrative support, such as organizing HR files.
• Policies.
• Assist with internal communication tasks, such as creating or distributing company-wide emails or newsletters.
