Job Duties:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Contribute to building a strong and cohesive culture and work environment
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Support current and future business needs through the recruitment, development, engagement and motivation of talent
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the business

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven work experience as an HR Manager
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

Proven work experience as an HR Manager with a strong coaching apporach

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practises
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
People-oriented and results-driven
Experience working in the Travel, Leisure, Tourism, or Hospitality industry

Working Conditions:

The HR Manager will work in a beautful office setting and may be required to work beyond standard hours when necessary to meet business needs.
