SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. The successful candidate will provide HR and IR expert advice working in partnership with the HR Assistant, admin & commercial team to proactively identify and meet Business and HR needs.
This assertive individual will be tasked with providing an effective and efficient HR service within the company, which includes but is not limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Participating as a credible business partner by developing HR solutions that add value to the Business Units’ core strategic focus areas.
  • Leveraging and managing HR knowledge to build talent and increase employee commitment.
  • Advising, coaching and supporting Line Managers on the implementation of HR processes and solutions.
  • Align HR tactical plans around local demand and supply dynamics and translating this into financial, operational and labour
  • Targeted attraction, recruitment and selection.
  • Facilitating the end to end training plan (Inductions).
  • Culture and change management.
  • Performance management.
  • Remuneration and reward practices.
  • Analyse, interpret and compile HR reports.
  • Assess, analyse and optimize end-to end business processes to improve business efficiencies, customer/employee experience and remove inefficient processes to meet new requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities and facilitate implementation.
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within the business.
  • Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
  • Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.

  • Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
Qualification And Experience Required:
  • 3 year Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • A minimum of 3 years Human Resources Management experience
  • Good knowledge of Remuneration, Talent Management, Transformation, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance Management. Knowledge of HR and Remuneration systems.
  • Knowledge of HR related legislation. Knowledge on HR theories, principles and practices.
  • Understanding financial principles to interpret key financial information and trends.
  • Proven track record in Diversity and Relationship Management.
  • Advanced Computer Literacy.
Must be willing to travel on a month-to-month basis.
