To provide the full spectrum of on site Human Resources support to the Company Divisions, which include HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations (including CCMA representation).
Qualifications:
Secondary education: Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary Education: B Degree or N Diploma in HR
Experience:
Years of experience required: At least 5 years HR related experience
Specific experience required: Full HR generalist experience to include IR.
Competencies:
Knowledge: HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations (including CCMA representation).
Specific experience required: Full HR generalist experience and HR Partnering with internal clients
