HR Officer/Generalist: North-West (R 25 000 - 30 000 Per Month)

Qualification

• Matric
• Certificate / Degree or other relevant qualification to human resources

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic principles and practices of record keeping
• Knowledge of BCEA and LRA
• Recruitment and Selection
• Knowledge of disciplinary procedures up to representation at CCMA
• Pastel Payroll experience advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR required
• Knowledge of BEE, EE, SD and internships
• Knowledge of biometric system ( ERS Biometric )
• Must be able to work under pressure

Duties

• Prepare and maintain payroll records
• All queries relating to payroll
• Maintain personnel files
• Ensuring documentation pertaining to staff is in order
• Attendance record / Leave maintenance
• Daily management of biometric system
• Monthly reports of KPIs
• Creating of various spreadsheets
• Assist with recruitment
• Assist with disciplinary hearings
• Employment Equity, BEE, Skills development, Training etc.
