SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity: HR Partner. Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to lead and make a lasting impact across South Africa and the Middle East? My client is seeking an exceptional HR Partner to oversee their dynamic operations in these regions.

POSITION INFO:
In this pivotal role, you’ll supervise key areas of Human Resources, driving the implementation of policies, resolving employee issues, and coaching managers to enhance performance.

As the HR Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement.

Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver professional services will support our business objectives, while your experience with skills development and SETA submissions will ensure the company stays ahead in this ever-evolving landscape.

Experience Required:

You’ll need robust experience dealing with wage and unionized employees, a strong background in labour relations, and a proven track record in HR process improvement.
If you’re skilled in payroll processes, have advanced MS Office proficiency, and are experienced in HR projects, I want to hear from you.
Advanced Excel is a must.
End-to-end HR Projects experience.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Additional certifications regarded a plus
8+ years' experience
