JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our esteemed national client within the FMCG industry, is requiring an experienced HR Practitioner, who also has solid Industrial Relations background within a unionised environment.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
PLUS, At least 5 years post qualification experience in an HR Role, including the IR aspect.
Strong Industrial Relations skills, within a unionised environment. Wage negotiations, disclipinary matters and CCMA dealings etc.
Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.
Drivers license, own reliable transport and willing to travel. (business travel is re imbursed)
