HR Talent Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, succession planning,  performance management, Culture Management
• Evaluate, co-ordinate and manage talent management and related administrative processes
• Update and develop training material
• Provide diagnostics of training needs within the company
• Coordinate and present management, soft skills and culture training
• Build supporting tools and resources to facilitate the Talent Management process
• Utilise technology to achieve goals – on line services in conjunction with face to face
• Analyse culture assessments and suggest ideas for improving the employee experience
• Analyse data to establish goals and determine priorities
• Develop and support employee growth initiatives
• Maintain and updating of Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations/reports
• Develop Top Talent programme in conjunction with Human Resources
• Create and present KPI reports as required by the company’s operations
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with HR, Operations and Finance departments

 Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Human Relations related Diploma or Degree is preferred
• +5 years’ experience in a similar HR/Talent and training role is NON-Negotiable
• Excellent MS Office skills including expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel pivot tables/graphs and related data analysis tools
• MUST have Valid Driver''s license
• MUST have own reliable transport
• Must be able to travel if required
• MUST stay in Bela Bela OR be able to relocate permanently to Bela Bela
• South African Citizens Only
• Salary is strictly dependent on relevant operational experience and skill set
