JOB DESCRIPTION:

A company that has been in existence for 20 years would like to employ a HR manager. The position will be based in Midrand.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • HR degree
  • 3 years’ experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role

 

Duties:

  • ISO
  • IR
  • Ensuring payments to the relevant bargaining council and medical aid
  • COVID reports
  • Grievances
  • Oversee of recruitment and union matters
  • Training
  • Employment Equity related matters
  • Other duties depends on the projects that the company is busy with

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7h30 to 16h00

 

Salary: R 30 000 – R 37 000 + benefits depending on experience.
