HR/IR Manager

FMCG Company is seeking an experienced HR/IR Manager to perform the following:

Responsibilities:

• Management of the attraction, recruitment and selection standards for the Agriculture division;
• Advising employees and management on HR issues including, but not limited to grievances, disciplinary action and poor work performance;
• Chairing disciplinary enquiries;
• Creating and maintaining a conducive IR environment;
• Mediate internal disputes between employees and/or management;
• Ensure compliance, adherence and consistent application of legislation and company policy and procedure;
• Develop and coordinate internal communications strategy and plan;
• Analyze and report on analytics for HR and communication projects.

Requirements:

• ND or Degree in Human Resources or related
• Fluent in Xhosa
• Own Vehicle
