Our client in the agricultural sector, based in Kirkwood, seeks to employ an HR/IR Officer with at least 5 years' experience to join their Human Resources team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Advise on general HR issues
  • Advise on Labour Relations issues
  • Provide Disciplinary and Grievance guidance
  • Policy and documentation compliance
  • Manage Ad Hoc HR tasks
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • A relevant B-Degree (M+3)
  • 5 or more years integrated exposure in IR/HR
  • Extensive understanding of the portfolio of Human
    Resources Management
  • Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry
  • Intermediate usage of Microsoft Office
