HRIS Officer - SAGE P300 systems EXP

SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this role is to maximise the quality of the HR systems data and enhance administration processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency within the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or Informatics Information Systems)  
• 5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support – preferably in a mining environment.
• Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel etc (Excel a must)
• Data management skills
• Proficiency in English written and spoken.

• Review and audit data on P300 and ensure capturing is as per company required standards for payroll processing and record keeping.
• Audit and maintain employee files by collecting and filling all documents as per employee check list.
• Collaborate with the business unit team to meet requirements and adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standards.
• Process all documentation in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring required authorizations are obtained. Maintain both physical and electronic records for effective record-keeping.
• Assist with training administration
• Provide assistance with various HR administrative projects as requested.
• Conduct audits on timesheets for payroll accuracy.

• Assist contractors and service providers in interpreting and understand the company rules, regulations and requirements they need to adhere to.

• Stay up to date with business unit solutions, processes and SOP

• Ensure accurate figures/ data are captured, and reports generated and distributed as required
• Create reports on request to assist in decision-making
