Our client based in the North of Johannesburg is recruiting for Payroll/HR Officer for a period of 6 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sage 300 People

  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Month End Reports
  • Month End 3rd Party Recons 

Implement salary increases 

Maternity leave calculations

Leave Management 

Statutory Reporting

  • EE submission
  • OID submission
  • Assist with WSP submission 

Salary survey submission

  • Willis Towers Watson
  • Deloitte 

Draft increase and bonus letters 

Budgeting and Forecasting 

Assist with Remuneration re- structure project  

B-BBBEE
