POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES / LABOUR ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company, position based in RIETFONTEIN, PRETORIA.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant Human Resources and/or labour qualification.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

English speaking (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

2+yrs previous working experience in a similar position.

Administer human resources and labour-related tasks.

Maintain employee records, including contracts.

Perform recruitment tasks (advertisements, screening CV’s, scheduling and conducting interviews).

Onboarding new employees and facilitate training.

Oversee the performance appraisal process.

Facilitate disciplinary actions and grievance handling.

Maintain human resources databases.

Provide support in employee relations.

Encourage supportive working environment across all branches.

Process clock sheets and calculate overtime.

Process and reconcile leave records.

Facilitate injury on duty incidents.

Ensure compliance with labour laws.

Knowledge of labour laws and human resources best practices.
