HVAC Technician / Supervisor - Facilities

SUMMARY:
Seeking an HVAC Technician / Supervisor for a Facilities company in Dubai.

POSITION INFO:
A leading facilities management company in Dubai, specializing in providing comprehensive solutions to to their clients, is currently seeking a specialist in HVAC and Facilities Maintenance.
 
Education & Experience:

• Trade Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical Building Services, Public Health Services, Carpentry, Masonry, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-management skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Understanding of commercial management is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
• Young, hungry, and keen to learn and progress.

• Oversee and manage multiple projects and activities within the facilities.
• Ensure all work is completed within tender allowances and commercial management guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and thorough record-keeping.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai and work as a permanent expat (via renewal every two years).
• Previous experience in a similar position abroad will be an extra advantage.
