SUMMARY:
Do you have minimum 8 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Administrator and are immediately available to take on a half day contract position in Century City?

Our Client is requiring a dedicated hard worker to manage their busy administration desk - this position will be very suitable for a person who has the capacity to work 5 hours a day.  Must be very well spoken in both English and Afrikaans with your own transport.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXPERIENCE:
  • Grade 12 – own transport and driver’s license essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
  • 8 - 10 years proven administrative assistant experience
  • Must be highly efficient with accurate typing skills
  • Computer literate with ability to manage social media 
  • Enthusiastic, flexible with ability to manage any changes in working environment
 
DUTIES:
  • Provide all secretarial, administrative and support duties for a small team
  • Anwering incoming calls and queries
  • Typing of correspondence
  • Manage related searches required for company requirements 
  • Organise and maintain correspondence 
  • Follow up on pending matters that need to be dealt with daily
  • Phoning clients for information required for their portfolios
  • Any adhoc duties required to be completed in the day to day changing of business requirements
  • Manage social media requirements and advertising updates

Salary: R dependent on experience
