We’re a growing business with 96 staff members and are searching for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, provide solid HR support, and work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with all aspects of HR management for a diverse team of 96 employees.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR compliance.
• Provide advice and support on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
• Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
• Address HR-related queries and issues with a firm, solutions-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR role or similar.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and administration.
• Technical:  Strong excel and excellent knowledge and experience on Sage Pastel.
• Personality: Confident, practical, and resilient—someone who gets the job done.
• Location: Based in or willing to work in Strand.
