My client in the Legal industry is looking for a reliable, professional and dedicated Junior Secretary to assist half day. Individuals who meet the below minimum requirements, are invited to apply.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Previous experience in an office environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude
Work hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 - 12:00
