A well-established company in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide professional support to three directors.
This is a permanent role, working four mornings a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules, appointments & correspondence
- Preparing reports, documents & presentations
- Handling administrative tasks & general office support
- Coordinating meetings & travel arrangements
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary
? Strong organizational & communication skills
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Ability to multitask & work independently
Drivers licence and own transport essential.
