Guest Arrivals & Property maintenance

• Receive / book guests
• Ensure sound / effective arrivals
• guests to be contacted a day before arrival
• Facilitate property maintenance (suppliers and contractors)
• Rental management
• Maintain improvements within budget
• Handling complaints

Act as 1st point of call for the Guest House.

Must:

• stay close to Hartenbos
• be hands on, must
• Own a vehicle

Qualifications, and Experience

Tertiary education in related field (preferably)

Professional skills
• Excellent written English and copy-writing skills

Skilled in social media

• Computer literate,

Soft skills:
Highly organized and efficient individual
Independent worker

Pro-active and result driven
