POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive bookings and revenue.
• Manage all social media platforms, creating content that resonates with local and international audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and partners to grow the brand’s presence.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s luxury image.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, providing insights to adapt strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the luxury accommodation or hospitality industry.
• Proven expertise in managing social media campaigns for global audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
