We require an experienced Help Desk Manager to support the team and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line support
  • Manage team members - training, leave, performance etc

Desired Experience & Qualification

  1. 7-10 years experience in support/help desk
  2. 2 - 4 years in a management role
  3. Office 365 end user support experience
  4. AZ-103 Microsoft Azure Administrator
  5. IT diploma/degree
