Your role will consist of providing technical support to our geographically dispersed team, you
will be responsible for maintaining and supporting them to ensure that they are able to work
without interruption.
We currently operate in 8 countries and is rapidly growing in subscribers. Help us in
launching the next 20 more markets!
Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to the
following:
- Complete detailed reports of requests for technical assistance and steps taken to resolve
them
- Create training and onboarding materials pertaining to computer usage
- Manage shipping and receiving of employee equipment
- Maintain required system updates of employee systems
- Resolve technical issues and interruptions in a remote environment
- Organize, inventory and file documentation pertaining to employee computer hardware
- Support the senior systems administrator in maintaining internal infrastructure as
necessary
Qualifications and experience:
- IT support certifications or similar experience
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical
knowledge of desktop support
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines
for resolution
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company task management
software, in addition to other remote access desktop programs
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with
software or IT services
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Linux, Windows
and Mac OS
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with
users
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications in a corporate
environment
- Fluent English and good verbal and written communication skills.
