Helpdesk Agent
Area: Pretoria East
Salary: R15000 P/M
Hours of work: Hours of work is based upon a forty-five-hour week, Mondays to Saturdays, with a 30-minute lunch break after five hours of consecutive work. You will further be expected to start on a rotation basis either at 05H30, 07H00, 08H00, 09H00 or 09H30, depending on the Internal published Support Schedule. Normal business days, excluding Saturdays are based on an 8 hour working day.
Duties
1. Assist clients with all support queries Monday to Saturday as per rotating schedule
2. Handle Escalated and overflowed queries
3. Escalate all queries that are not solved to Management
4. Successfully Call logging on database
Skills & Qualifications & Requirements
• Matric / Grade 12
Experience:
• 1-2 years in similar position in IT Support or Customer Care Services
• Proven track record, preference will be given to candidates with extensive customer care management.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle A MUST (Required for early shifts when public transport is not available)
English Read & Write a must
Fluent in an African Language is a must
3rd language an added advantage
Above average knowledge of Operating systems such as Windows XP, Vista, Win7, Knowledge in Anti-Virus programs & Internet Browsers
Knowledge in Remote Desktop Software (Team viewer Advantage)
