SUMMARY:
Position available for a Junior Helpdesk Support Technician in JHB North. Hybrid working. Stable work history essential.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

IT Diploma/Degree preferred
Grade 12
Office 365 certified (MD-100, MD-101)
ITIL Foundations Certificate
A+ and N+ certificates
Azure Fundamental AZ-900 certified
MCSA server 2012 - 2019 certified
More than 2 years in an IT Support role
1 yr or more experience with Active Directory
2 years or more experience with Desktop Support
Experience with Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Active Directory skills
Be based near Randburg
Well spoken as you will be in a client orientated role dealing with corporate clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line support to clients
Support call logging & updating
Desktop & peripheral support
User support
Network support
Ensure tickets are logged in the Support System
Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved
Remote and telephonic support
Research and identify solutions to client technical problems.
Ensuring all incoming Helpdesk calls are answered within SLA
Resolving calls within SLA
Appropriate & timeous call escalation
Identify repeat problems with associated action plans
Software and hardware installations
Ensuring all work is done in accordance with company policies & procedures
