Holiday Homes Rental Agent

DUTIES: 
Perform the sales function of the Rentals portfolio
Establish and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders including staff, colleagues, landlords and their appointed service providers
Providing excellent, professional telephonic and electronic communication to guests ensuring that accurate information is clearly provided to them
Adhering to Management Association rules and regulations especially in relation to Rentals guests
Liaising daily with service providers regarding arrivals, departures, breakages, providing electronic confirmations where required
Assisting with the reconciliation of the Rentals Trust account
Daily reconciliation of credit card transactions
Preparation of daily arrival packs, ensuring arrivals packs are left at Management Associations daily after office hours
Maximum of 24-hour response time to electronic or telephonic enquiries
Weekly key audits
Preparation of breakage deposit refunds
Vetting of booking documents, ensuring all details and signatures are correct
Inspections of rental properties if and when required.
Meet guests on arrival and after hours support to them

REQUIREMENTS: 
NQF4 – Real Estate preferred
Atleast 2 years recent experience in an Estate Agency, Timeshare Resort, Hotel industry
Must have a Code 8 driver’s license
Well-presented and professional at all times
Must be able to work weekends (able to take mid-week leave) and be on standby after hours
Strong written and verbal skills
Accounting/ budgeting skills
