Engineering company based in Anderbolt, Boksburg has a vacancy for a Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist with Heidenhain Controls.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: 
Red Seal Trade Tested Artisan - Not negotiable / flexible
5+ years Horizontal Boring Mill experience
MUST have experience working on Heidenhain Controls
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to use various measuring equipment

Duties / Responsibilities:
Work on different machines as needed
Shifts will be needed from time to time
Programming, Setting & Operating machines
Machining of workpieces according to drawing
Measuring of work pieces using measuring equipment e.g. Vernier callipers and micrometres 
Communicating with superiors regarding work procedures and quality aspects of tooling and workpieces
Daily housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment
