Hospitality Food & Beverage Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in Paarl is looking for a Food and Beverage manager.

The Hospitality Food & Beverage manager will be responsible for managing the daily and overall operations of food & beverage services, ensuring great guest experiences. This position will manage the Front of House staff, control budgets, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Proficient in using restaurant management software
Qualifications:
Experience in Hospitality management, business administration
3-5 years of experience in the food & beverage management role in the hospitality industry
Financial and inventory management expertise
Fine dining experience would be an advantage
