SUMMARY:
A Private Luxury Safari Game Lodge is looking for a HOSPITALITY MANAGER to join their team

POSITION INFO:
The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality, outstanding leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring seamless service, maintaining high standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
• Must have strong administrative skills
• Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous
• A good knowledge of beverages and the department
• A valid code 8 Drivers License
• Must be computer literate - PAN knowledge would be beneficial
• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
• Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Be a positive individual, be self motivated, confident and have good problem solving skills
• Passionate for the Hospitality industry and in guest satisfaction
• Must have good organizational and planning skills
• Be able to work under pressure and have good attention to detail
