Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and grace.
• Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth, efficient seating.
• Liaise with the service team to maintain impeccable timing and table management.
• Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the entrance and reception area.
• Provide guests with information about menus, wine pairings, and estate experiences.
• Handle special requests, VIP arrivals, and guest feedback with care and confidence.
• Support the overall front-of-house team in delivering seamless 5-star service.

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
• Immaculate grooming, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., ResDiary, OpenTable) is an advantage.
• Calm under pressure with a positive, guest-first attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
