Hotel Food and Beverage Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience to deliver exceptional service in a premier establishment.

POSITION INFO:

• Plan and implement budgets
• Ensure correct handling procedures to minimize china and glassware breakage and food waste
• Implement and monitor consistency of food and beverage policies and procedures
• Manage physical inventory 
• Assist in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functions
• Ensure that all health, hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
• Maintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities
• Hire, train and supervise subordinates within the beverage department
• Oversee recruitment of staff in housekeeping department
• Audit monthly payroll for beverage and housekeeping department
• Greet guests and oversee actual service on a regular basis to ensure consistency of service
• Address member and guest complaints 
• Develop on-going professional development and training programs for service and bar production / service personnel
