POSITION INFO:

A Boutique Hotel in Centurion is seeking a highly driven Front Office Manager to oversee and manage all front office functions. This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring that guests enjoy a remarkable experience while upholding the highest levels of service and operational effectiveness.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office activities, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and mentor the front office team to maintain outstanding service quality.
- Enforce and uphold brand standards within the reception area.
- Build and nurture relationships with guests, staff, and local community partners to enhance the hotel''s image.
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
 
The position primarily operates during the day shift (8 am to 5 pm) from Monday to Friday, with the successful candidate required to work 4 evening or weekend shifts to support front-of-house staff.
