FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY - Stellenbosch

R40 000 – R50 000ctc

A prestigious luxury establishment is looking for an experienced Front of House Hotel Manager to oversee and elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Manage and support guest relations officers, night auditors, and duty managers.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Brief team members daily on VIP guests, special events, and key updates.
• Maintain clear communication between departments.
• Prepare and coordinate staff rosters for optimal guest service coverage.
• Ensure professional conduct, grooming, and standards are upheld.
• Handle disciplinary actions and ensure a motivated team.
• Conduct regular petty cash checks and end-of-month reconciliations.
• Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.

Requirements

• Hospitality qualification (Diploma/Degree)
• 4-5 years of management experience (preferably in a 5-star environment)
• Must have own transport and prepared to work in Stellenbosch
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Guest-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with distinguished clientele
• Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic
• Strong leadership with flexibility and accountability
• Must be South African Citizen
