Job Overview:

The Hotel Operations Manager role demanded a dynamic, organized leader capable of driving change within the team. Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in senior leadership positions within 5-star hospitality, with expertise in both urban and bush settings
• Hotel management diploma with strong proficiency in hotel financials, HR, and food & beverage operations, ideally with knowledge of the local business market
• Based in Johannesburg, with a live-out position and a flexible work schedule (no 9-to-5 mentality); a valid driving license and own vehicle required
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), with a solid understanding of IT systems, Microsoft Office, and hotel reservation systems
• Experience with OTAs and PAN Hospitality would be a distinct advantage
