Hotel Stock Controller

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of hotel supplies, including food, beverages, linens, and other essentials.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile discrepancies and report any issues to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain detailed records of stock movements and usage.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
• Collaborate with various departments to forecast future inventory needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and handling of goods.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
