Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeping Executive to join their team at their luxurious 5-star game lodge. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the lodge.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, providing training and support to maintain excellence in service.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure a pristine environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Coordinate laundry and inventory management for linens and cleaning supplies.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or lodge setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping.
