Housekeeping Floor Supervisor | Doha - Qatar | Luxury Hotel Group

We are looking for experienced HOUSEKEEPING FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join the team of a new opening hotel in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is a part of a well-known, luxury hotel brand in the world.

Key Focus Areas for Housekeeping Floor Supervisor:

• ensure cleanliness in Guest Areas / Guest Room areas, staff quarters are cleaned and prepared, maintain cleanliness of all areas daily
• ensure room fresheners are performed and turn down services are done according to company standards
• ensure all guest information is available and collected and communicated prior to arrival
• ensure equipment (washing machine, tumble dryers, iron) is operated effectively according to instructions in manuals and maintenance schedules
• responsible for linen, clothing, maintenance (stain removal, mend, repair, etc.)
• responsible for safekeeping of housekeeping equipment
• assist the head housekeeper manage and control inventory stock and therefore compile Hotel’s monthly report for the housekeeping Department

Requirements - Qualifications and Skills

• Hospitality Qualification will be a great advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position from 4-5 Star Establishment
• Good administration skills
• Problem solving skills
• fluent English
• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• In good health with physical ability to undertake the role
• Clear criminal record
• Passport validity of at least 2 years

Start ASAP, subject to visa
