Human Capital Practitioner

POSITION INFO:

The primary purpose of the position is to support, guide, and advise BU Heads and managers on all HC-related matters. Facilitate HC practices at all levels of Business Units. Execute HC strategy to strengthen company culture and employee experience.

Requirements:

• NDip/BTech/BA/BSocSci in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• 5 years as a HC Officer/ Practitioner
• Labour legislation knowledge and experience
• Recruitment and Selection Experience
• Exposure to Sage/VIP beneficial
• Employee benefits administration knowledge beneficial
• Industry collective bargaining/agreement knowledge beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Business Unit Heads and Managers
• Effective management of talent acquisition
• Implementation and monitoring of talent management practices
• Implementation of performance management practice
• Identification and implementation of L&D initiatives
• Effective management of IR/ER
• Devise action plans with BU heads and managers to improve company culture and employee engagement
• HR/Benefits administration and reporting
• Employee engagement
